Kiwi's Vision offers multimedia and press services, including but not limited to photography, videography, content creation, and media coverage.

3. Use of Photos and Videos

• 3.1. Portfolio and Promotional Use: By using our services, you grant Kiwi's Vision the right to use any photos and videos taken during the provision of our services for portfolio purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, showcasing our work on social media, our website, and other promotional materials.

• 3.2. Social Media and Website: Photos and videos may be posted on Kiwi's Vision's social media platforms and website. This helps us demonstrate our work to potential clients and the broader community.

• 3.3. Client Rights: Clients will receive a copy of the photos and videos for their personal use. Clients are allowed to share the content on their social media platforms with appropriate credit given to Kiwi's Vision.

4. Content Ownership

• 4.1. Ownership: Kiwi's Vision retains all copyright and ownership rights to all content created during the provision of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, photos, videos, and other multimedia content.

• 4.2. Licensing: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photos and videos for personal or business use, subject to the terms of this agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Kiwi's Vision respects the confidentiality of our clients. Any personal or sensitive information provided to us will be handled with care and will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

• 6.1. Payment: Payment for services is due as outlined in the invoice provided to the client. Failure to make payment may result in the withholding of content and cessation of services.

• 6.2. Refunds: Refunds will be provided only in cases where Kiwi's Vision fails to deliver the agreed-upon services. Refunds are not available for services already rendered and content already delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kiwi's Vision will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability in any case shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Kiwi's Vision reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client's responsibility to review these terms regularly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brunei.
